Veyuo is a fashion brand offering apparel and interchangeable print products.

By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

We aim to display all products accurately, including colors, details, and sizing.

However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, or production updates.

All prints and apparel designs are intellectual property of Veyuo.

Our hoodies feature a side-zipper print docking system, allowing customers to change their print anytime.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our official channels.

Prices are listed in EGP unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods or in case of cash on delivery, the order must be paid in full to the courier.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on location and order volume.

Customers must open and check their package before the courier leaves.

Returns are only accepted directly with the courier at the time of delivery before confirming receipt.

If the package is confirmed with the courier, the order is considered final.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns at the moment of delivery if:

The size is wrong.

The item is damaged.

The item is not what you ordered.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

After confirming the order with the courier, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

6. Print Swapping System

Our prints attach through a zipper on both sides + top docking frame.

Veyuo is not responsible for damage caused by improper print installation or forceful handling.

Customers must follow our official print-change guide for proper use.

7. Senior Packages

Senior packages orders terms and conditions may vary, contact us at sales@veyuo.com for additional details.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, visuals, videos, and branded elements are the property of Veyuo.

Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

We collect basic customer information needed to process orders and improve our service.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside our business operations.

10. Liability

Veyuo is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping courier.

Improper care of the garments.

Misuse of the print-swapping mechanism.

In all cases, our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.
